We are delighted to welcome Derek Nash to the EEJ team. He is The leader of the award-winning SAX APPEAL, Co-leader of the PROTECT THE BEAT funk groove band and a featured member of the JOOLES HOLLAND RHYTHM AND BLUES ORCHESTRA and a member of the RONNIE SCOTTS BLUES EXPLOSION.

He is a 2014 nominee for the BRTISH JAZZ AWARD in the Alto sax Category and his album JOYRIDING won best CD in the 2012 British Jazz Award.

Along with his regular commitments Derek has also found time to appear with Eric Clapton, Amy Winehouse, Emeli Sande, Jessie J, Sir Paul McCartney, Solomon Burk, Annie Lennox, Eddie Floyd, Don and Dave Grusin, John Dankworth, Ray Gelato, John Ehteridge, Russell Ferrante, Nelson Rangell, Snake Davis, Jamie Cullum Sam Moore, Roger Daltrey, David Sanborn and Tom Jones.
